Cartridge Seals

Pre-set drop-in seal assembly

A fully pre-assembled, pre-set cartridge seal that fits without setting measurements — slashing change-out time and installation error.

  • Pre-set assembly fits with no setting measurements
  • Eliminates installation error and face damage
  • Dramatically reduces seal change-out time and MTTR
  • API 682 construction for refinery duty
  • Balanced design handles higher pressures and speeds

Where it holds the line

The cartridge seal removes the single biggest source of seal failure: installation error. Faces, springs, elastomers, sleeve and gland are factory-assembled and pre-set, so the unit slides over the shaft and bolts on with no setting measurements, no spacing clips to forget and no risk of damaging delicate faces by hand. Built to API 682 for refinery and petrochemical service, it cuts mean-time-to-repair dramatically and gives maintenance crews a clean, repeatable seal change every time.

Typical applications

  • 01Refinery and petrochemical process pumps
  • 02Critical and hard-to-access pumps
  • 03Hydrocarbon and hot-oil service
  • 04Chemical-process and ANSI/ISO pumps
  • 05High-reliability rotating equipment
